Without running down the usual dishes that found in the Alps, at Alfiero professionalism and courtesy of the management is the backdrop to a pleasant and relaxing lunch or dinner.

Consisting of three interior dining rooms, and an open-air stallage, it is within easy reach of the centre, either by foot or by car. A wide variety of traditional dishes from Trentino or South Tyrol can be tasted here, prepared with great culinary skill and a particular refinement, from the perspective of the raw materials.
The courses are quite substantial, and the price/quality ratio is decidedly good.
We heartily recommend the radicchio risotto and the aubergine, mozzarella and cherry tomato spaghetti, but any of the dishes on offer meet the loftiest expectations.

Judging from the comments of the guests, it seems that everything in this restaurant run by the historic Lorenzetti family works to perfection, from the kitchen to the management of the dining room to the politeness and friendliness of the staff.
